What You’ll Do:
Support attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake to settlement or trial.
Gather, review, and organize case-related documents such as medical records and bills.
Draft legal correspondence, demand letters, and discovery responses.
Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the case.
File court documents and monitor case progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in preparing materials for mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: Prior experience as a personal injury paralegal is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail.
Client Service: A compassionate and professional approach to client communication.
Language: Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
