Are you someone who has a background in helping people with typical day to day tasks, someone with prior experience as a Home Health Aide, or simply someone looking to enter the medical field in an entry level position, then Sterling Suites Senior Living has a great opportunity for you! As a Resident Assistant at Sterling Suites Senior Living, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our communities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. This position will assist residents with tasks of daily living including but not limited to assistance with personal care, social interaction, leisure and recreation opportunities. Compensation and Schedule
Starting pay for this position is $14 an hour. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three (3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. We have flexible scheduling options for employees seeking Part Time, Full Time or As Needed (PRN) employment.
