Overview
Resident Assistant (RA) 7p-7a (Healthcare)
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities including personal hygiene, social and recreational pursuits, and mobility support.
Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of residents.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a caring environment.
Help implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
Engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within resident living areas.
Compensation and Schedule Starting pay: $14 per hour. Night shift: 7p-7a. Schedule typically consists of three 12-hour shifts per week with an every-other-weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview. Flexible options for Part Time, Full Time, or PRN available.
