Counter Sales associate , considered the “face of the retail store,” to assist customers with their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down engines, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. What You Will Be Doing Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences. Engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs. This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and services. Have experience in automotive work or enjoy tinkering with vehicles. Are willing to learn automotive parts if you lack experience. Want to grow your career in a supportive environment. What You’ll Need Valid Driver’s License Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn. High School Diploma or GED; technical courses a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Good listening skills and empathy. Additional Preferred Qualifications Passion for automotive or related industries. Experience in retail, auto body, or collision. Knowledge of inventory systems or cataloging. Customer-centric attitude. ASE Certifications (a plus but not required).
