We are seeking a Small Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR-3 ) to join our team in Northville, Michigan. This in-office, full-time role provides essential support to our commercial lines team, ensuring a seamless client experience through outstanding customer service, policy management, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries. Support account managers and producers in servicing a book of small commercial accounts. Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy updates and coverage options. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system. Provide prompt, professional customer service through phone and email interactions. Assist with quoting and marketing efforts for new and renewal business. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Qualifications
Minimum of
4 years of experience
in commercial lines insurance customer service (agency experience preferred). Proficiency in Applied Epic is required. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required . Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
