Description Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking servers for its casual dining. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about food and service and enjoy an upbeat environment. The role requires excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. The ability to serve guests in a warm and gracious manner while anticipating their needs is key to success in this role.
The server's responsibilities include:
Following the sequence of service utilizing proper procedures and standards as established by management
Taking and delivering orders in a gracious and efficient manner
Commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods
Commanding knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty beverages
Cleaning of all equipment and supplies
Guiding guests through their full experience at the restaurant
Working as a team and effectively communicating to co-workers and management
Fulfilling any special requests or concerns from guests
Workers will be paid no less than $20.80 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate of up to $31.20 per hour.
