The Intake Specialist will be handling client calls and qualifying them for services. This individual must be persuasive to sell the services to the clients.
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Speek with
potential clients to gather initial case information and qualify the case based on certain criteria while building rapport. Signing up
potential clients via E-Signature including obtaining all supporting documents. Working under
the firm’s Intake Manager to determine viability of potential cases. Keep track
of potential cases and scheduling follow-up calls. Update
the firm’s database in a timely manner. Build
strong rapport with potential clients. Open to
working some weekends and after work hours. Process and code
cases with Filevine. Job Requirements:
Ability to communicate
effectively with a range of individuals. Excellent
interpersonal social skills. Ability to exhibit
compassion, empathy, and professionalism when communicating with potential and current clients. Ability to work
alone or as part of a team. Ability to pay
very close attention to detail. Ability to manage
their time and multi-task effectively. Ability to maintain
composure and professionalism under pressure. Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs and Internet (FIlevine a plus). Bi-lingual
in Spanish Education and Experience
Minimum 1-2 years
experience in Intake. Knowledge of Employment Law,
Personal Injury, and Workers Compensation strongly preferred. Associates Degree preferred Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be
able to lift 15 pounds at times. Salary Range:
