Responsibilities
Initial point of contact
for clients by phone, text, and email
Establish
immediate rapport
and assess potential cases, determining whether to move forward
Promptly
update case details
in our systems (e.g., Filevine and Lead Docket) to ensure accurate, timely record-keeping
Gather and review documents , photos, and other pertinent case information to support the legal team’s review
Send and
manage contingent fee agreements
and client releases using our electronic platforms
Issue decline letters within one day for non-viable cases
Office
– onsite role
Shift Hours
are Monday through Friday 9am – 6pm
Compensation and Benefits
$49-58k

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years
as an Intake Specialist or in a related role at a
personal injury law firm
preferred
Conveys
confidence and empathy
with potential clients
Exceptional
communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the
ability to multitask
in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
Experience with Microsoft Office;
familiarity with Lead Docket and Filevine is a plus
Bilingual fluency
in Spanish and English
