Processing freight Assisting with price changes/markdowns Balancing the register according to company policy Calling out prices for customers during transactions Bags merchandise efficiently when completing a transaction Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and per policy Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks Maintains store upkeep and housekeeping duties as assigned Provides proper customer service, including greeting customers, following fitting room policies, ringing up customers promptly, and inviting them to return Follows all safety procedures Maintains a professional, neat appearance, including wearing a name tag Assists management in merchandising the sales floor according to stock levels Assists management with tasks requested per company policy Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions Supports Loss Prevention procedures, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting incidents, and following current policies Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages Employment details
