Counter Sales , you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. While technical repair skills are not required, a background in automotive parts is preferred. Responsibilities include: Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone. Assisting team members with customer inquiries. Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. Engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment using various technologies. This opportunity is ideal if you: Enjoy helping customers with auto parts questions. Have experience in automotive or related hobbies. Are eager to learn about automotive parts. Want to grow your career in a supportive environment. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License. Experience in auto parts or automotive industry, or willingness to learn. High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Preferred but not mandatory: Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership work. Experience with inventory or cataloging systems. Customer-centric mindset. ASE Certifications.
