Job Description
Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our sales team. Our superior software solutions, our award-winning sales, service, and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry. As an Automotive eContracting Sales Specialist, you will focus on improving and streamlining all parts of the eContracting process. You will be working alongside other members of our sales organization to help increase the volume of eContracting for our customers. Additionally, you will be working with lender reps in an effort to increase efficiency and reduce costs for Aftermarket Insurance providers.
You will receive a base salary of $70,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $120,000-140,000/year including commissions.
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years related sales experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Automotive Lending experience preferredStrong customer relationship skills
Strong presentation skills
Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Automotive industry experience is a plus (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager)
