Superintendent – Industrial/Distribution

Gaillard Builders is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with hands‑on experience managing large-scale industrial and distribution warehouse projects. If you’re someone who knows how to run efficient, high‑volume job sites, coordinate teams, and deliver quality projects on time—we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day field operations on industrial job sites

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors

Ensure strict adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards

Review plans and specifications to anticipate construction challenges

Manage site logistics, including laydown, deliveries, and equipment

Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain detailed field reports

Communicate progress clearly with project managers and clients

Ensure compliance with industrial standards and city codes

Qualifications

5+ years as a Superintendent on industrial or warehouse builds

Proven ability to manage tilt-wall, concrete, and steel structure projects

Deep understanding of sitework, MEP systems, and logistical planning

OSHA 30 certification required

Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills

Experience using digital reporting tools (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
