Position: Senior Vinyl Siding Installer

Pay Range: $25–$35+ per hour, depending on experience (Full‑Time, Monday - Friday + Overtime Potential)

Job Overview Oaks Inc is looking for a highly experienced Senior Vinyl Siding Installer to join our Field Operations team. If you have a strong background in vinyl siding, PVC trim board, and fabrication—and are comfortable running a break and handling all aspects of trim carpentry—this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute exterior siding installations and remodeling projects.

Install and finish vinyl siding systems with precision and attention to detail.

Work with PVC trim board and complete associated trim carpentry tasks.

Run a break and fabricate materials as needed for job requirements.

Use power and hand tools effectively for cutting, fastening, and assembling materials.

Troubleshoot on‑site challenges and apply effective solutions to maintain project momentum.

Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and teammates.

Ensure that all work meets company quality standards and safety protocols.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in vinyl siding installation, remodeling, and trim carpentry.

Proficiency with PVC trim board and operating a break.

Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and exterior finishes.

Ability to read and follow installation specifications and construction plans.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable under company policy.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Dependable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented.
