Vinyl Liner Installer
is responsible for measuring, removing, and installing new vinyl liners, preparing pool surfaces, and ensuring a seamless fit. This position requires mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow industry best practices for liner installation. Location:

Renovation Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Measure pools accurately for custom-fit vinyl liners. Remove old liners and prepare the pool surface for installation. Install and secure new liners, ensuring proper alignment and a wrinkle-free fit. Replace and update white goods faceplates, including skimmers, drains, and return fittings. Site Preparation & Quality Control
Drain pools, clean debris, and prepare surfaces per standard procedures. Patch and repair damaged pool floors using vermiculite. Ensure all drain covers comply with current VGB safety regulations. Document the entire installation process with photos at each phase. Customer Communication & Team Coordination
Communicate with homeowners about the installation process and expectations. Report any unexpected issues to the Renovation Coordinator. Assist other departments when needed to support overall company operations. Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in vinyl liner installation, pool renovations, or a related field preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements. Ability to manage groundwater issues and ensure proper liner fit. Comfortable with heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Additional Requirements Must pass a background check and drug screening.
