Residential Carpenter (Interior/Exterior)
As a
Residential Carpenter , you'll bring hands-on expertise to manage key phases of residentialprojects, from layout to finishing touches. Leading by example in safety and craftsmanship,you'll tackle punch list items, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality andprecision. Learn more at: https://www.fullcirclepaintingco.com/ Responsibilities: Exterior Rot Repair Exterior Siding and Trim Replacement Exterior Window & Door Replacement Deck Floor & Railing Installation Inspecting structures for damages and performing necessary repairs. Interpretand execute project plans/specifications to ensure precise constructionstandards. Maintain a clean, safe job site with exemplary PPE practices. Complete punch list items and troubleshoot as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the construction trade with a strong understanding of generalconstruction and terminology. Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment. Self-motivated with a desire for continued learning and personal growth. Highly detailed with excellent organizational skills. Must be reliable and punctual, with regular attendance. Ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems. Strong work ethic, able to handle pressure, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of identifying and mitigating safety hazards. Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 an hour based on experience Career development opportunities
