Reports to Siding Crew Leader
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Communication: Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader, ensuring clarity on job‑specific tasks.
Execution: Carry out assigned tasks diligently and report progress to the Crew Leader.
Craftsmanship: Provide professional siding installation experiences, showcasing skills in cutting, weatherproofing, installing, sealing, measuring, taping, etc.
Precision: Accurately measure, fabricate, and install siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.
Learning Culture: Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career growth, staying updated on product knowledge.
Leadership: Display a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices.
Safety: Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure job site.
Adaptability: Embrace additional duties that may arise beyond the job description.
Requirements
Experience: Hiring entry‑level to skilled crew lead positions.
License: Hold a valid driver’s license for your convenience.
Strength: Exhibit the ability to handle job site equipment and perform heavy labor.
Safety: Climb ladders with confidence and pass required drug screenings and background checks.
Location: Be willing to commute within the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
