What’s on Offer
Permanent position on a rolling 8/6 day shift – 7/7 night shift roster
Direct 1-hour flight from Perth, earn Virgin Velocity points and enjoy Alliance lounge access
Small, tight-knight crew at Agnew, with early fly-out after dayshift, landing back in Perth at 4pm
Stable employment with a global gold producer and mine owner operating long-life mines

About You
Strong alignment with Gold Fields’ core values demonstrating Safety, Respect, Collaboration and Responsibility
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, collaborative team
Hands‑on experience with underground mining equipment and technologies, including leading OEMs such as Epiroc, CAT, Sandvik, Volvo & Normet
Solid track record executing PM schedules, daily equipment inspections, and corrective maintenance for breakdowns
Strong mechanical aptitude with highly developed skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing a wide range of mechanical issues
Experience with SAP is advantageous
Qualifications and Licenses
Australian recognised Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification
Automotive Air Conditioning license preferred but not essential
Dogging (DG), Rigging (RB) and Forklift (LF) licenses desirable
Valid WA “C” Class Driver’s License at minimum or Australian equivalent
