National Independent Mortgage Lender seeks a Consumer Direct Loan Officer to expand an existing call center. Inside Loan Advisors receive 100% inbound calls from qualified home shoppers looking to make their next purchase. Live daily leads transfers! Salary plus commissions. All mortgage loan advisors are eligible for bonuses. Very aggressive commission splits. New Associate Bonus Program Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Seller / Servicer. We also have a stable of investors with 100s of loan products. Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Manufactured Homes, Stated Income Products for Self-Employed Borrowers (NON- QM), USDA, and more! Direct Lender so all processing, underwriting, and funding are done in-house. Company-paid licensing, continuing education, and annual state / NMLS renewals.
