Minimum of 5+ years of verifiable experience as a Journeyman Carpenter (applicants with less than 5 years will be assessed for experience level and considered) Read and understand drawings and specifications, and contribute to creating as-built drawings Install and properly align door frames and hardware, ensuring all components are secure and functional Demonstrate strong knowledge of job site safety, with the ability to evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning, focusing on hazard identification Ability to work at heights up to 80 ft. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, interact effectively with all levels of management, show initiative, and work independently or collaboratively as needed Extensive experience with hand and power tools What You'll Bring
Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field observations Capability to create as-built drawings for completed work Experience in measuring, cutting, and installing door frames and hardware preferred Proficiency in fitting and adjusting doors, including the installation of hinges, locks, and other hardware a plus Flexibility to complete job scopes outside of typical core competencies as required Lead small construction projects and communicate schedule estimates, progress, and impacts Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts Benefits
