We are looking for an
experienced & skilled
Licensed Loan Officer to join Connect Loans on a contract basis. This is an ideal opportunity for self-driven professionals who want flexibility in where and how they work — whether remote, in-office, or hybrid. We partner with top-tier professionals who value flexibility,

Responsibilities:
Originate residential mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM product
Manage client relationships from application to closing
Advise borrowers on loan products that best fit their financial needs
Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure smooth loan processing
Optional: Attend networking events to build relationships and attract new clients
Requirements:
Active Licensed Loan Officer certification
Proven experience as a loan officer or mortgage originator
Self-motivated with excellent communication and client service skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in remote environments
Proficiency in loan origination software
Ability to maintain client confidentiality
