$50,000 - $150,000 per year Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Assist sales agents in guiding clients to homes Provide detailed feedback to refine clients’ search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and agents Generate leads for at least 10 hours weekly Participate in weekly script practice and team activities Attend weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls Track tasks using PLACE Technology Qualifications
People-oriented with strong relationship skills Positive attitude and enthusiasm Ability to drive regularly Skilled in analyzing client needs and matching to homes Quick learner and ambitious High school diploma Real estate license About Our Team
