Work alongside a skilled team of professionals Create and execute innovative strategies to foster growth Interact with clients to understand their requirements and deliver outstanding service Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry advancements

Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards Take part in team activities as outlined by team guidelines Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
Qualifications
Skills You Have:
People oriented. Positive, happy attitude. Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes Learning based personality Ambitious with proven ability to succeed High school graduate Willingness to grow Real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
