Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Conditions of Employment
All MCI Locations: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Subject to program and location of the position: Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)
