Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts
Generate and review Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports
Apply payments accurately and prepare daily bank deposits
Contact customers regarding past-due balances and resolve billing issues
Reconcile General Ledger and Allowance accounts
Process refunds, credit memos, and account adjustments
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Support tax-related documentation and correspondence
Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision preparation
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 3–5 years in corporate collections or accounts receivable
Skills:
Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and cash applications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
