Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM 100 Law Firm seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal focusing on Commercial Real Estate.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of various commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing agreements, and closing documents.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey reviews, zoning research, and property inspections; analyze findings and summarize results for attorneys.
Prepare and organize closing binders and ensure all closing documents are executed properly and timely.
Maintain and manage electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents related to transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Paralegal certification from an accredited program is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 9 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on commercial real estate preferred.
Proficient knowledge of real estate law, regulations, and best practices.
