Accounting and Invoicing Specialist
to join our dynamic team at 2LMN, Inc. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve billing issues Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation Support month-end and year-end close processes Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency Support the accounting team while learning the ins and outs of the department Requirements
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (2+ years preferred) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Word) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic with the highest degree of honesty, integrity, and discretion Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred What We Offer
