What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
1yr leasing experience
Saturday and Sunday availability is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills
Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
Key Responsibilities
Lease apartments and assist prospects through the full leasing process
Maintain organized files and ensure tour paths and model units are ready
Promote property features, pricing, and leasing terms
Respond to leads, calls, and inquiries with urgency and professionalism
Support social media and local marketing efforts
Conduct property inspections and ensure community presentation
Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
