What You’ll Do as a Parts Warranty Coordinator
Prepare accurate warranty claims and handle parts returns
Interpret job folders and gather required information using Caterpillar systems such as SIS, DBS, SIMSI, SIB, and ADZ142
Document requested parts and prepare “Send It Back” Cat parts returns for shipment
Register new machine and engine warranty coverage and maintain accurate delivery records
Respond quickly and accurately to warranty‑related questions
Resolve warranty issues for shops, customers, and other Cat dealers
Maintain organized documentation and follow established warranty procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of warranty‑related experience, or experience in construction, engine, or technical fields
Basic computer skills and 1–2 years of data entry experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and reliable
Excellent customer service and communication skills
