Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions Resolve order issues, returns, cancellations, and subscription updates Guide customers on product use and benefits Handle up to 30 calls per day and a high volume of emails Provide in-person assistance in the company’s storefront Assist with light inventory checks and organization of storefront supplies Join daily huddles and stay current on product training Record accurate notes on customer interactions Stay current on product updates and wellness trends Qualifications

2+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience Experience handling phone queues and email communications Bilingual in English and Spanish required CRM software experience Actively embrace healthy living Job Details

$17–$20/hour + 5% Annual Bonus Benefits:
