FEATURE has been providing iconic, limited-edition footwear, high-end apparel, and accessories for over a decade. We are expanding with multiple locations including Wynn Las Vegas, Chinatown, Calabasas, CA, and Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities
Be present on the sales floor at all times unless on lunch or break. Monitor blind spots using the assigned iPad for surveillance and ensure coverage where there is no constant sales associate presence. Greet guests as they enter and exit with a friendly welcome and thank-you, contributing to a positive client experience. This is NOT a security position. Write reports for any issues that arise and present them to the store manager. Check hourly for empty hangers on display and monitor cameras to locate missing product. Check cases to ensure they are locked hourly. Inform guests of the bag policy. Stay in the store until all guests have left after store closing. Qualifications
Previous loss prevention experience is preferred but not required. Physically able to stand for long hours. Be friendly and able to deescalate situations. Take pride in your work. Details
