Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues promptly and effectively Troubleshoot customer challenges while ensuring a high level of satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience Stay informed about company products and industry developments to assist customers effectively Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and proficient in English; other languages are a plus Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming or online gaming sector Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience Willingness to work from the office in Sofia Benefits
