Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone to our Dutch-speaking clients Serve as the go-to person for resolving customer inquiries with a positive attitude Collaborate with colleagues to refine moderation processes and improve user experiences Keep an accurate record of customer interactions and moderation tasks Share insights to help enhance services and user satisfaction Stay updated on best practices in content moderation and customer service Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English; additional languages are a bonus Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus Keen eye for detail and ability to analyze content Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude Ability to juggle multiple tasks and think on your feet in a busy environment Familiarity with CRM tools and moderation software is beneficial Willingness to live and work in Malta and enjoy what it offers Genuine interest in content moderation and online safety Benefits
