As Connecteam\'s Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with customers worldwide through system characterization, training and implementation of new capabilities, focusing on retention, renewal and successful product implementation, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Onboard, grow, and maintain our customer base Work closely with customers to help them achieve their workplace goals Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in customers\' workplaces Advocate for customers within Connecteam, collaborating with Product, Development, Marketing and Sales teams Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churn Proactively identify opportunities and create action plans to maximize product value Qualifications
Fluent English (spoken and written) - MUST Minimum of one year\'s experience as a Customer Success Manager Experience in B2B SaaS – advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy with a startup mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to give/receive feedback Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy Growth mindset and ability to contribute in a nascent team Spanish speaking is a plus What we offer
Remote model for this USA site Working days: Monday - Friday Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Comprehensive training and onboarding to accelerate your success Mac laptop and necessary equipment provided Benefits and Compensation
Medical coverage Insurance plan Paid time off for vacation and sick days Salary range:
70K-90K Location eligibility:
