Trainee Parts Advisor (Yorkshire)

GGM Group Ltd, a leading supplier of Agriculture and Groundscare machinery, is looking to expand their after-sales team in the Yorkshire area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our successful team, who can demonstrate their passion for excellence, commitment, and drive to succeed. Experience in the horticultural/agricultural or automotive parts and accessory supply business would be beneficial but isn’t essential. Working within a small team, the successful applicant’s duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Identify and order parts for customer requests taken by telephone, email, and at the trade counter. Identify and order parts for the workshop and sales department. Process parts orders on a computerized system. Receive goods and allocate to the correct binning locations. Pick orders accurately and dispatch using the carriers' computer system. Assist with the management of stock control. Answer the telephone. We are looking for someone who has the following skills: Team player and willing to help others. Interpersonal skills – cheerful with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Ability to prioritize workload. Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges. Ambitious, keen, and willing to learn. Ability to confidently navigate the MS Office suite and work with online systems. Salary:
