Haag Ford is seeking a motivated individual to become part of our service team as a Service Advisor/Recall Specialist. In this role you will handle scheduling recalls, communicating with customers and ensuring technicians complete necessary recall repairs.
Job Hours: Monday-Friday 7:15 AM – 6 PM* Job hours may vary depending on the workload of the shop
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints relating to the recalls on their vehicles
Ability to transfer the customer’s concern into the dealership DMS system
Relay information from technicians to customers regarding their vehicles
Address and resolve customer concerns with their vehicles and services provided by the dealership
Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain relationships with dealership customers
Create Repair Orders based on open recalls and needed work and communicate that information to the technician.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an auto dealer service department is advantageous
Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
