Job Summary Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
Handle all front desk related tasks, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, and handle any account changes needed.
Facilitate member services issues and questions, forwarding to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Shift Expectations (4 8-hour shifts)
At least 1 hour of deep cleaning.
At least 1 hour of continued training.
Full shift responsibilities as per essential duties.
Essential Behavior Requirements
Customer Service: communicates and interacts with customers (including coworkers and the public) in a way that exceeds their wants and needs.
Listening: actively listens, empathizes, and works with customers to solve problems.
Problem Solving: recognizes and defines problems, analyzes information, and seeks solutions, involving additional assistance when necessary.
Diplomacy: demonstrates tact and skill in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
