Job Summary ** Starting wage is $15.50/hr + $1.25 2nd shift premium. Excellent benefits and fast advancement opportunities. 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am Monday - Thursday Operate electrically powered presses to cut, shape, and form metal components in the re-manufacture of brake components. **
Principle Responsibilities ** Position and align parts to be stamped in punch press machine. Start machine, observe operation, monitor displays, and readjust machine to ensure finished assemblies conform to specifications. Operate machine manually or from automatic settings. Disposes of scrap and rejected material in an appropriate manner and according to safety regulations. Follow established quality procedures. Comply with all company safety guidelines and procedures. Maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: Qualifications **
Competencies ** Ability to lift 15-25 lbs. throughout shift Manual dexterity High attention to detail Diligent use of personal protective equipment Ability to work independently and in a team environment **
