Responsibilities
In-person, phone, email, and online sales
Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
Order parts according to dealership procedures
Maintain special order parts for the service department
Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Engage in ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
Provide written quotes to customers as needed
Process core/warranty claims according to company guidelines
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
One to two years sales experience preferred
