Job Summary Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Responsibilities
Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
Handle front desk tasks, including answering phone calls politely and friendly, taking information calls and tours, and assisting with member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage and updating member account information.
Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Assist with employee programs, such as Dollars for Scholars Program, Employee Appreciation Program, and Free Membership for self and one family member or friend.
Perform duties related to Team Member Support Team, health & benefits administration, and related activities.

Essential Behavior Requirements
Excellent customer service: communications and interactions exceed customer wants and needs.
Listening: actively listens and empathizes, working to solve problems.
Problem Solving: recognizes, defines, and resolves problems, seeking assistance when needed.
Diplomacy: demonstrates tact and skill in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
Communication: timely communication of questions, concerns or issues to a supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Honesty and good work ethic.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Physical Demands
Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of a shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
