Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and take orders according to procedure
Assist customers with menu items and ensure order accuracy
Create a warm customer experience with a smile, in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
Ensure timely and correct delivery orders
Handle cash and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience
Customer service experience preferred
Personable, outgoing, and genuine
Ambitious and organized
Excellent communication skills
Must be 18 or older
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
