Hallmark Cards . Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Salary and Schedule Details
Your starting pay will be $14.00 to $14.50 depending on skills and experience. Part‑time position with variable schedule. Average weekly hours 6–10. Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends. Your Role and Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using the Hallmark‑provided mobile device; communicate with supervisor and complete required surveys. Holiday support: additional days and extended hours during major holidays; may work on the holiday itself. Department resets: assist with installations, fixture relocation, and card section resets; usually notified two weeks in advance. Team collaboration: support other merchandisers as needed. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job. You must lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders. Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Can lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Proficient with a digital handheld device. Has Wi‑Fi/internet access. Reliable transportation to assigned stores.
