Executive Business Associate

that will provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to the firm’s senior executives across investment, finance, and legal functions. This role will manage scheduling, document flow, reporting, and communications on behalf of senior leadership, while also assisting with research, preliminary analysis, and interactions with potential partners and counterparties. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical capacity, and a high level of discretion in handling confidential investment and corporate information within a fast‑paced private capital environment.

This position is central to the smooth functioning of the entire leadership team. The Executive Business Associate not only manages day‑to‑day execution, but also plays a vital role in keeping deal processes moving, supporting legal and compliance workflows, aiding financial and development‑related tasks, and ensuring the firm’s executives are always informed, prepared, and operating effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and operational support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.

Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, sponsors, and counterparties on behalf of firm leadership.

Manage document flow, version control, and organization for investment materials, legal agreements, approvals, and reporting packages.

Assist with research, preliminary due diligence, data gathering, and early‑stage financial or market analysis to support investment evaluations.

Support deal processes by coordinating timelines, preparing summaries, tracking tasks, and facilitating communication across investment, legal, and asset management functions.

Prepare executive‑ready presentations, memos, call summaries, board materials, and internal reports.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when working with sensitive investment information and proprietary business strategies.

Contribute to operational improvements, project management needs, and firmwide initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

5–8 years of experience in executive support, operations, business analysis, or project coordination—preferably within finance, real estate, private equity, lending, or legal services.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a track record of supporting senior‑level executives in fast‑paced environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality materials for leadership and external stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assist in data analysis, research, and early‑stage investment preparation.

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential information.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Generative AI, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.

Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, real estate, or related field preferred.
