Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure
Assist customers with menu items and clarify their questions
Provide a warm, friendly experience in person and over the phone
Bake cookies to perfection and serve with ice cream
Ensure correct and timely delivery orders
Handle cash and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery
Desired Skills & Experience:
Customer service experience preferred
Personable, outgoing, and genuine demeanor
Ambitious and motivated
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be 18+ years old
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
