Work Schedule 10-15 hours per week, ideally occurring during business hours M-F. The occasional evening/weekend may be required for special events.

Job Description School-Based Scholars is a dual-enrollment program offered by Northern Kentucky University for eligible high school students. SBS students have the opportunity to take college classes for dual credit at a reduced tuition rate. We serve public school, private school, and homeschool students from the Northern Kentucky region and beyond. Our students can take classes at their high school (if offered), online, and/or at our Highland Heights campus.

This position serves an important role on the School-Based Scholars team, directly supporting SBS efforts and initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to general office duties such as:

File, copy, and type

Create and manage social media posts

Assist with program events

Assist with special projects

Assist with processing applications, permit requests, registrations

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Desirable traits and qualifications include:

Ability to multitask

Ability to think critically and analytically

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite & Google suite

Must work efficiently and effectively, independently and as part of a team

GPA 2.5 or above

Customer service oriented
