The Protection & Permanency Trainer, Level II, for the DCBS Employee Training Program (P&P Trainer I) will manage the planning, communication and documentation for assigned training sessions in DCBS Protection & Permanency and will facilitate Protection & Permanency training modules and support trainees through applied learning strategies in assigned areas, following established lesson plans and curricula. This position is remote; most work will be completed virtually. However, there will be occasional mandatory meetings at NKU or with DCBS for which travel to the location will be required. The P&P Trainer I will also manage records and reports in collaboration with the IHI Training Manager and attend personnel and reporting meetings as required. Occasionally, depending on demand, FS Trainers may assist with or manage special training requests. Primary Responsibilities

Manage planning, communication, and documentation for assigned training sessions Train DCBS employees in assigned areas of Protection & Permanency, following established lesson plans and curricula Tracking and reporting on short-term outcomes and long-term goals; assisting with report writing State, regional, and IHI personnel and reporting meetings Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience required. Experience with TRIS, Microsoft Office, myNKU/SAP, computer lab/classroom, and basic office equipment Travel will be required.
