About Our Property: The InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue is a sophisticated addition to Pyramid Global Hospitality. Located in the heart of Avenue Bellevue, it features 208 guest rooms and 11,756 sq. ft. of meeting and event spaces, including a 900 sq. ft. outdoor terrace with natural light and city views.

Job Summary As a Bell Attendant, you will be among the first team members to welcome guests to our hotel, setting the tone for their luxury experience. You will greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, and provide information about property amenities. The role requires a friendly, courteous approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, assist guests entering and leaving the property, and inform guests of property amenities, outlet information, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.

Explain room features to guests, transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms, and manage the designated bell area.

Assist with luggage loading/unloading, storage, and retrieval.

Provide guests with directions and help arrange transportation (taxi, shuttle, ride‑share services).

Work full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.

Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Ability to solve problems and work in a team environment.

Pleasant and helpful personality.

Strong desire to make an impact on people.

Outgoing and engaging personality.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.

Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation $20.00 per hour.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
