What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with peers and management to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for process and system changes
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks in projects
Conduct meetings to design solutions that meet business needs
Create and design solutions that assist operations in achieving core business objectives
Serve as a resource for colleagues and provide guidance to less experienced team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Ability to solve moderately complex to complex problems using technical experience and judgment
Strong communication skills to explain complex information in a straightforward manner
Capability to work as an individual contributor with limited oversight
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading projects within a specific discipline
Familiarity with business best practices and key business drivers related to the real estate industry
Previous experience in a collaborative team environment
