An ideal candidate comes to join our team with 0-3+ years of direct experience in sales. What you’ll do: As a Sales Trainee you will be instrumental in driving Medix’s growth and building lasting client partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry research to expand our client base. Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations through association memberships, networking groups, and social media. Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic territory plans, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. Client Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate contract terms to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Collaboration & Placement Support: Partner with our recruiting teams to ensure successful client and candidate placements, providing valuable insights and support. Performance Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the Medix team.
