Cash Applications Specialist
to join a rapidly growing, professional services company. In this high-impact role, you'll ensure customer payments are applied accurately and on time — directly supporting clean AR, strong cash flow, and overall financial health.

What You'll Do
Apply daily payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) to open invoices in NetSuite.
Reconcile remittance advice, resolve unapplied cash, short pays, and discrepancies.
Research unidentified funds and support month-end close.
Partner closely with Collections and Billing teams to ensure accuracy.
Maintain organized documentation and assist with audits and reporting.
What You Need
5+ years cash applications/AR experience (service environment ideal).
Advanced Excel + NetSuite expertise required.
Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently with high volumes.
Polished, proactive, and team-oriented.
