What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own and manage a book of business, driving renewals, expansion, and win-back opportunities within your assigned accounts
Drive new business development by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into long-term partners
Lead the sales process from outreach to close, including discovery calls, presentations, contract negotiations, and deal execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Track and report sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and strategic insights to support company growth objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in building outbound pipeline and converting prospects into qualified opportunities
Prior experience running sales cycles and negotiating deals in the $250K - $700K ARR range
Excellent discovery, relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a competitive environment
Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors
Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs
